Benedicte Hille joined Helmr in 2018 as associate. At the age of 29 and only five years after embarking on her lawyer career, she was promoted to Partner in Helmr as of 1st July 2022, underlining her exceptional talent.  

During her time in Helmr, Ms. Hille has provided advice to businesses, employers and employees in both the private and public sector. She is showing excellent legal and commercial skills and provides advice tailored to each client business and core values. She is outstanding in handling large and complex cases, guiding the client towards their prescribed goal. Despite her young age and relative inexperience, she has worked with numerous complex cases related to reorganizations and downsizing, hiring and termination of employment, conflict on the working place and individual dismissal cases. She has handled several cases for the District Court and Court of Appeal.  

Hille is frequently used as a lecturer for clients, HR member organizations and others on various topics within employment law and pension.
