Mr. Andersen has extensive experience and specialization in labor law, civil service law, and association law. In addition, he has a background as a district court judge. He assists Norwegian and international companies, municipalities, government agencies, associations, and individual employees. Mr. Andersen has particularly broad experience in restructuring processes and complex personnel matters. Additionally, he conducts courses and is frequently engaged as a speaker. Mr. Andersen works from both Helmr's Oslo office and  Tynset office.
