Mr. Herlofsen has extensive experience and specialization in individual and collective labor law. He assists government agencies, municipalities, Norwegian and international companies, trade unions, and individual employees. Due to his background as a personnel director, Mr. Herlofsen has particularly broad experience in negotiations and dispute resolution. He has litigated numerous cases before the courts and is admitted to the Supreme Court. From 2008 to 2016, Mr. Herlofsen also served as a bankruptcy trustee appointed by the Oslo County Court.
