Srđan Tolpa, Partner, specializes in the field of commercial law and corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions and real estate law. He is versed in litigation related to his field of specialty.

Mr. Tolpa advises clients related to legal issues under the laws of Serbia and Montenegro. He serves as legal counsel to numerous renowned companies in day-to-day operations as well as in most complex and high value transactions.

He is very versed in preparation of sophisticated legal opinions and contracts, as well as in negotiations in the field of his competence. Mr. Tolpa also represents clients before the competent state authorities regarding licensing, registrations and other procedures crucial for compliance. Significant part of his work is committed to advising some of the largest international corporations present in Serbia.
