Position

Kate is a Managing Associate at the firm and has extensive experience in advising clients on a broad spectrum of commercial property matters, including investment transactions, landlord and tenant work, and property financing. In addition, Kate has particular expertise in commercial development projects, acting for developers, funders, landowners and tenants in relation to developments in sectors as diverse as leisure, retail and logistics to student accommodation and airports.

Kate has acted for a number of large funds and investment managers in relation to purchases, forward-fundings, lettings and sales.

Foot Anstey‘s real estate team assists regional and national retailers, housebuilders, energy companies, lenders, developers and landowners with transactions, portfolio management work, and development and infrastructure mandates. With broad sector expertise, the group has seen recent growth into the space and satellite sectors.
