Mark has over 16 years of experience, specialising in high value complex commercial property transactions. Mark’s experience encompasses general commercial property transactions including all aspects of landlord and tenant work, general estate management and the sale and acquisition of freehold and leasehold property.
In particular, he has expertise in acting for infrastructure developers and owners in the transport and energy sectors and in dealing with development projects in both the public and private sphere. Mark is also heavily involved in the work the firm is leading in relation to electric vehicles and mobility services.

John Catchpole, who focuses on large development and infrastructure mandates, leads the team from Truro, where Rachel Langley is noted for her affordable housing and residential development work. In Exeter, Philip Brown leads the developer team, and Richard Sutton has experience acting on mixed-use developments, with Philip Parrott advising on acquisitions and disposals. The firm also has an office in Bristol which houses infrastructure, transport, and portfolio management expert Mark Li, renewable property specialist Kutahya Cherry, and Zahir Nayani, who advises on Islamic finance matters.
