Position
Simon is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Dispute Resolution team. He has significant experience in advising clients on technically complex issues and disputes relating to all types of property, with a focus on commercial and development property. He provides high quality and pragmatic advice targeted at aiding his clients achieve their ambitions.
Simon acts for a range of clients, including private landowners, financial institutions, commercial landlords and tenants as well as residential and commercial developers and asset managers. He regularly acts for clients in Court proceedings, arbitrations, tribunals and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, such as mediations and expert determinations.
