Special Educational Needs (SEN)

Sarah Palmer joined Enable Law with her education team in October 2023 having previously been a director at the Children's Legal Practice Ltd. Sarah Palmer has been working in SEN for over 25 years. During that period, she has represented numerous clients with SEN, both children and young adults up to the age of 25. She has connections with independent special schools, experts, and other professionals involved in this area. She is regularly invited to speak at specialist schools, parent groups and charities.  Sarah has a background of representing children involved in care proceedings and therefore has knowledge of the social care system and the support available for children with SEN and disabilities. She has been able to secure extensive packages of social care support for children using this knowledge and expertise.
