Charlotte Morgan is a Managing Associate working out of our Taunton office. She focuses on catastrophic injury cases and is not afraid of thinking outside the box to find ways to support her clients and provide them with support and advice. An excellent litigator she has been recognised by clients and colleagues alike for her tenacious approach and innovative thinking. Charlotte is a passionate road safety advocate and has strong links with charity RoadPeace that supports the victims of road traffic incidents. Throughout her career she has developed relationships with Family Liaison Officers as well as Accident Reconstruction Experts that she advices with to support her clients. She often represents clients at inquests and has a lot of experience bringing claims following fatal accidents.
