Attorney-at-law/Partner Jannicke Knudtzon Rokkan is head of the Bodø office, currently consisting of 6 attorneys-at-law and growing. She has extensive experience within the different areas of real estate, both when it comes to tax and VAT, and also when it comes to M&A, drafting contracts (sale or lease), restructuring of companies (company law), restructuring of properties (joining or division), applying for permissions for change of use etc.  She has more than 8 years of experience as an attorney-at-law at KPMG Law, and in addition she has been the General Counsel in a privately owned group of companies with main focus on investments and development of real estate. She has also worked for more than 8 years as a case handler and executive officer at the Norwegian Tax Authorities.
