Attorney-at-law/Partner Ola Mæle works primarily with tax and corporate law related to M&A, transactions, restructuring and transfer pricing.

Ola advises listed clients, PE and family owned businesses in several industries including shipping, offshore, oil service and aquaculture/fisheries on international and national transactions and restructurings, as well as on national tax issues and controversy with tax authorities. He also handles disputes within his area of expertise.
