Attorney-at-law/Partner Jan Ove Fredlund has extensive experience in giving advice to both national and international clients in almost all business sectors on issues related to national and international VAT, real estate tax and other areas of indirect taxation. Jan Ove is a member of KPMG's team; working especially with restructuring, sales and acquisitions, and has participated in a significant number of due diligence and restructuring assignments.
