Jens Van Hecke (°1973), has extensive experience with corporate M&A and specialises in cross-border and domestic strategic alliances and joint ventures. He provides the full spectrum on corporate, commercial and financial law, corporate governance and financial regulation. He works across a variety of sectors, including regulated industries, such as financial services and transportation. He also frequently handles litigation and arbitration between shareholders and/or directors. He is also a bar-certified collaborative negotiator.
