Malka advices all types of companies (biotechnology companies, pharmaceutical laboratories, wholesale distributors, medical device manufacturers in particular), at the marketing stage (e.g. opening of pharmaceutical laboratories, conditions for placing on the market, labelling, setting-up distribution networks) and controls carried out once they have been carried out by the competent authorities and/or courts (ANSM Competition Authority, DGCCRF in particular).
