Partner - Joëlle Hannelais has a renowned experience in employment law. Her practice involves assistance and ad-vice regarding employment related consequences following restructuring and transfer transac-tions, and matters relating to employee and union representation. She also acquired a wide experience in litigation, and in particular before employment law tribu-nals. Her assistance, given her strong experience, allows the anticipation of possible disputes arising from a transaction and to limit any potential consequences resulting therefrom.
