Stefan Abel, litigator and counsel, represents clients in all matters of trademark, design and copyright law, unfair competition matters, domain name disputes and licensing and distribution matters. A particular focus of his practice concerns the representation of French clients. Stefan Abel’s clients include a well-known manufacturer of leather goods and major clients in the luxury goods and sports sector. Stefan Abel regularly serves as Panelist with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), Geneva, in domain name disputes since many years and has repeatedly lectured at the Centre for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI), Strasbourg. He is a member of the Editorial Panel of the magazine "World Intellectual Property Review”.
