She has acquired an in-depth knowledge and a consolidated experience in corporate M&A (corporate reorganizations, M&A, sale and purchase of equity interests and assets, project development for infrastructural works also in the public sector) and she is in particular active in the fields of traditional and renewable energy and infrastructures. She advises national and international clients on corporate and M&A as well as on project finance transactions ranging from power (conventional and renewables) to infrastructures (e.g. hospitals, transports, parking infrastructure, harbors, gas infrastructure).
