She is a Member of the Banking & Finance Department and focuses her practice on advising international banks as well as financial institutions, private debt funds, private equity firms, and corporate clients in the context of debt restructuring transactions (both voluntary and court-mandated), domestic and cross border structured finance transactions (especially in the areas of acquisition finance and corporate lending) and alternative lending transactions. Elena also advises Italian and international corporate and institutional investors in the context of the purchase of assets within insolvency proceedings and, more generally, debt-restructuring transactions.
