She focuses her activity on intellectual property and copyright matters. She assists and represents Italian and foreign companies both in transactional as well as in complex litigations concerning patents, trademarks, design, computer hardware and software and unfair competition, often coordinating multi jurisdictional cases. She assists clients belonging to different industries, including electronics, telecommunications, chemical, pharmaceutical and biotechnology, mechanical as well as belonging to the fashion, luxury and food sector. Licia has been panelist and speaker at several Intellectual Property Seminars and authored various publications in the field of patents, design and trademarks law, 3D printing and disruptive technologies for both Italian and European legal magazines. She is member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) and of the Licensing Executives Society (LES).
