he specialises in banking and finance (with particular focus on debt capital markets, structured finance, inventory financing, trade receivables, distressed debt). She is one of the Partners in the Banking & Finance Department. She has been involved in securitisation transactions with all different asset classes as well as in complex and innovative transactions (including cross-border transactions, set-up of servicing/outsourcing platforms and inventory financing deals, especially in the Italian food market), by assisting investment banks, international companies and financial institutions/funds, also in cooperation with the main international law-firms. She has also a wide experience in NPLs transactions (assisting either the originator or the assignee) either within the typical plain vanilla transactions or complex and structured transactions.
