Paulina specialises in intellectual property law, in particular advertising law, copyright law and industrial property law. She supports entities in the alcohol, food, television, technology, cosmetics and publishing industries.

On a day-to-day basis, she supports clients in regulatory issues related to the market entry, promotion and advertising of their products. She also represents clients in numerous cases before common courts, including intellectual property courts, as well as before the Polish Patent Office and the EUIPO.
