As a co-head of the Insurance and Litigation & Dispute Resolution practices. He has over 35 years of experience in litigation and arbitration. He has acted in a number of high-profile cases representing Poland’s leading insurance and construction companies, as well as clients from other regulated industries, including in matters regarding unfair competition. Tomasz also has significant expertise in advising clients in day-to-day corporate, restructuring and public procurement matters. He was involved as an expert in various legislative proceedings and is an author or a co-author of over 60 legal publications, including commentaries on Public Procurement Law, the Act on Municipal Property Management and the Act on Competition and Consumer Protection.

Tomasz graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poland, he also holds the degree of doktor in law.
