Employment Law and Public Procurement Law

Managing WKB’s Employment Law practice, Wioleta specializes in matters related to the individual and collective labour law, employment restructuring (including across-the-board), pay structures and remuneration rules(including in the banking sector), as well as collective redundancies. She supports clients in processes involving the transfer of working establishments and assists in managing other employment-related aspects of M&A transactions. Wioleta also advises on contracts concluded with employees and sole entrepreneurs (including the non-competition agreements) and on the adoption of internal rules, regulations and polices. She also represents clients in courts.

Aside from her employment law practice, Wioleta has wide experience in public procurement matters and provides advice to Polish and foreign bidders as well as contracting authorities, especially in cases involving employment-related aspects of public procurement process (including before the National Appeals Chamber and common courts).

Wioleta graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. She also studied at Yeditepe University in Istanbul.
