Jordan specialises in conducting disputes before common courts and arbitration tribunals, including before the ICC, concerning infrastructure projects, contract performance, as well as disputes regarding FX option contracts, financial instruments, and those related to /delict liability.

He has many years’ experience in providing litigation support to businesses in civil and commercial cases, as well as individuals in civil and criminal cases. Supports clients with infrastructure projects, including during the procedure preparation stage, in the proper maintenance of contract documentation, and the management of claims.
