Career
Sarah Kesy is a member of the Paris Bar since 2012. She specialises in tax law.
She assists the firm’s French and foreign clients with: their acquisitions/disposals of companies, assets, real estate portfolios, the structuring of specific investment vehicles (SIIC and OPCI), their real estate restructuring and outsourcing operations, the day-to-day tax management of their investments.
Prior to joining LPA Law, Sarah was an associate in the real estate tax departments of Baker & McKenzie (2012 to 2015) and Fairway (2015-2017).
She holds a Master 2 in tax law from the University of Paris II – Panthéon Assas.
