Jelena is associate at BDK’s office in Podgorica, Montenegro. Her work focuses on litigation, employment law and employment disputes, and IP, in particular administrative procedures to fight counterfeiting.

Jelena is appointed as a mediator in civil law cases handled by the Mediation Centre of Montenegro.

Jelena received her LL.B. in 2011 from the University of Podgorica and is currently an LL.M. student at the same institution.
