Tomislav has 18 years of professional experience in corporate law and M&A, corporate and international taxation and insolvency/restructuring and has worked on numerous transactions in Serbia, as well as in Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Prior to joining BDK Advokati, Tomislav was senior associate at Wolf Theiss (2008-2017), legal consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (2001-2002) and tax and legal manager at Deloitte (2006-2008) in Belgrade.

Tomsilav is active member of International Fiscal Association (IFA) and its Serbian branch (Srpsko fiskalno društvo) and has contributed several national reports on Serbia for the annual IFA publication (Cahiers de Droit Fiscal International). He is also active member of International Bar Association (IBA) Taxes Committee and currently serves as the national reporter for Serbia on recent developments primarily in the area of international taxation.

Tomislav is a graduate of the University of Belgrade School of Law, holds specialist diploma in the European (EC) Law from the same university and also holds Master of Law (LL.M.) in European Business Law from Pallas Consortium hosted by KU Nijmegen, The Netherlands.
