At present, Octavio Amat is a well-known retired litigation partner serving as Of Counsel to the firm where he brings the accumulated wisdom of his long and distinguished career in the areas of commercial and civil matters, as well as administrative cases and taxation.

Octavio Amat joined ARIFA in 1974 and became a partner in 1984. In 42 years of exercise, he has accumulated experience in civil, commercial, arbitral, administrative, fiscal judgments, industrial and intellectual, labour property and of monopolies, as well as in the managing and negotiation of complex litigations that develop in several countries with the attorneys' intervention of diverse jurisdictions.
