Vivian D. Holness’ practice focuses on immigration; labor and employment; real estate and property; doing business and multinationals in Panama; and government contracts, concessions and privatizations.

Ms. Holness has been an associate of the firm since 2006.

Ms. Holness is a highly effective labor lawyer, recognized by implementing practical termination strategies and by her skills to minimize the chance of unnecessary labor disputes.

Ms. Holness is also a real specialist in advising international companies doing business in Panama, the Colon Free Zone and logistics services. She has vast experience working with ARIFA’s taxation group, in identifying the most tax-efficient special regimes options for her clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Holness worked as an associate with another firm in Panama, in the areas of immigration, administrative matters and real estate.
