Krutika Patel is a solicitor in the immigration department based at Duncan Lewis Solicitor’s Harrow office. Krutika has experience in advising on points based system applications, citizenship, bail applications, removal cases, nationality matters, long residence and leave to enter and remain applications under immigration rules. She has handled various matters involving different types of applications such as spousal and visa applications, unmarried partner and fiancé visa applications as well as EEA national and asylum applications.

Additionally, Krutika also works on compliance matters and regularly submits in-time appeals against refusals and undue delay caused by the Home Office.

In her career, she has represented clients in an array of judicial review matters, including challenging the decision of the Secretary of State for the Home Department to deport, remove or unlawfully detain a client.

In June 2016, Krutika was admitted to the roll of solicitors of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, before joining Duncan Lewis Solicitors immigration team in February 2018.

She received her LLB & Criminology Degree from the University of East London, before obtaining her LPC from the University of Law with a commendation in; Litigation, Business law and Practice and Family Law. Krutika was then admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FILEx). She has also pursued a professional skills course from the University of Law.
