Meena Kumari is a director in the family and child care departments at Duncan Lewis Solicitors and has a wealth of experience involving complex children cases with an international element, as well as cases where the children have special needs. Meena has particular expertise in negotiating medium to high-net financial settlements for clients in the course of separation, divorce and dissolution of civil partnership. Meena believes in adopting a proactive rather than a reactive approach to family law in each of its different facets and strives to ensure that what is often a very difficult situation for clients is not made more difficult due to inaction or lack of foresight.
