Adedotun Kazeem is a Partner in the Firm  and heads the Firm’s Technology & Communications Advisory Division. He is an alumni of the University of Lagos, Nigeria and holds a Master of Laws Degree in International Commercial and Maritime Law from Swansea University, United Kingdom.

In addition to his responsibilities in technology advisory, Adedotun advises Nigerian and international clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial issues involving tax, international trade and investment, maritime, construction, ENR, and finance, with respect to contract negotiation and structure, contractual risk management, regulatory compliance, and dispute management and resolution.

Adedotun is also a disputes practitioner of considerable expertise and represents clients in several civil disputes and regularly provides pro bono legal services to clients in criminal matters and labour disputes.
