Shirley is an Associate in the Disputes practice group with over five years’ experience. Her practice covers general corporate and commercial disputes with a particular focus on commercial debt recovery, judicial review and constitutional law matters, post-award enforcement, matrimonial and ancillary matters and land disputes. Shirley’s clients include International Finance Corporation, European Investment Bank, Gunvor Middle East DMCC, Aviation Handling Services Limited, Vodafone Ghana Limited, National Petroleum Authority, Social Security and National Insurance Trust, Securities and Exchange Commission, Junction Shopping Mall Limited and First National Bank Ghana Limited.
