Dispute Resolution

Burton is a Director of our Dispute Resolution practice specialising in commercial litigation, with a specific focus on property law, mining law and corporate recoveries. Burton is experienced in Superior Court litigation, arbitrations and mediation and has assisted large multinational corporations in corporate litigation and corporate recoveries.

Burton joined Hofmeyr Herbstein and Gihwala (now Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr) as an Associate in 1998 and became a Director in 2002.
