Simóne Franks is a Director in our Real Estate practice. Her key specialisations are property related transfers, bonds and notarial agreements. Her property spectrum experience includes residential and commercial development agreements and ensuing transfers, commercial bonds, residential bonds, notarial contracts (servitudes, notarial bonds and antenuptial contracts), town planning and land use matters.

Simóne has been a Director in our Real Estate practice since 2000. She has been a Notary Public Examiner at the Cape Law Society since 2003 and the joint regional notarial examinations facilitator since 2009.
