Omar is a Partner at Ferchiou & Associés law firm. He started as a junior associate in 2009 after being admitted to Tunis bar and New York Bar.

Omar works with various local and international institutions (privately owned or state-owned) and assists international financial institutions in relation to a range of legal issues these entities may encounter. He focuses mainly on the following areas of practice:  banking & finance, Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, IT- communications and Oil & Gas.

Omar was graduated from University of Paris 1 Pantheon Sorbonne. He obtained a Master 1 degree in “Business Law” (2007-2008) and a Master 2 degree in “Comparative Law of Arabic Countries” (2008/2009). He then moved to the USA and obtained an LLM in "Concentration in International Business Transactions" from Boston University (2010/2011).
