Sati has worked on several notable transactions including: assisting with the acquisition by Asante Gold Corporation of hundred percent (100%) of the shares held by Red Back Mining (Ghana) Limited in Chirano Gold Mines LTD and Red Back Mining Ghana Limited; providing advisory services to a local mining company regarding the sale of its mineral rights, that is a prospecting licence for gold in a concession located in the Western Region of Ghana; and acting as local Counsel on multi-million-dollar acquisition of shares in the Ghanaian assets of Kinross Corporation.
