Belinda has garnered experience in various facets of the law, including Minerals and Mining, Oil and Gas, Banking and Finance, and Insurance since joining the Firm. She has been involved in several high profile transactions. Her experience includes assisting in regulatory and licensing matters, regulatory advice on operations, employment law and compliance issues. She also assisted with a legal audit of the operations of a leading mine in Ghana. Having undergone an ethics and compliance training programme, Belinda is an integral part of the corporate governance and company secretarial team working on collective investment schemes and companies in other highly-regulated industries referenced above.
