Obedia specializes in Corporate and Commercial Law, Financial Services, Energy and Natural Resources, Dispute Resolution and Business Support.

Her experience includes advising fintech companies in relation to licence applications and loan facilities and other commercial entities in the banking and financial sector with regulatory matters. In addition, Obedia is also experienced in advising on corporate structuring, capital markets and M&A transactions involving drafting transaction documents and conducting due diligence exercises, and has advised clients in a number of industries including local and international fintech, mining and oil and gas companies.

Obedia has been involved in multi-disciplinary engagements working with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
