Wilhemina's areas of focus are mining, corporate/commercial, dispute resolution among others. She has experience in incorporating local and external companies, as well as assisting with their regulatory compliance. She has also assisted in due diligence activities for the firm’s investor clients.

Wilhemina obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Ashesi University. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of London and an LL.M in Legal Profession Practice from the University of Law. She obtained a professional certificate from the Ghana School of law and is admitted to practice law in Ghana.
