Associate

Thelma has acquired in-depth knowledge and experience in advising both local and international companies on tax compliance and implications of various transactions. She has also provided advisory services on other practice areas of the Firm including Intellectual Property, Labour, Banking and Finance, Energy, Mining, general Corporate and Commercial law and Dispute Resolution. She has been involved in drafting and reviewing complex contracts as well as conducting due diligence exercises for companies across various sectors. She is part of the team that monitors changes in Ghana’s legal regime to provide regular updates to the Firm’s clients.

Thelma holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Ghana, Legon and a qualifying certificate from the Ghana School of Law. She is currently a student at the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CITG), Ghana.
