Zoe has been at the forefront of several significant transactions within the mining sector and the banking and finance sectors in Ghana, including multi-million-dollar financing transactions, debt and corporate restructuring, regulatory and licensing matters, M & A and labour issues.

Zoe is recognised as a market leader and has received multiple awards throughout her career, including recognition as a Leading Lawyer in Banking and Finance, Capital Markets, M&A and Project Finance, (IFLR1000, 2017); Highly Regarded Lawyer in Banking and M&A (IFLR 2018); Highly Regarded Lawyer, in Banking, M&A and Project finance (IFLR 2019 -2022).

She was also named as part of IFLR1000’s Women Leaders in 2020, 2021 and 2022. Zoe was the recipient of the first 40 under 40 award in the legal category for her outstanding performance in the legal sector.
