Career

Louise Sant Fournier is a Senior Associate at Mamo TCV Advocates. She graduated Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta in1995 after submitting a doctoral thesis entitled ‘The Treatment of Juvenile Delinquencies – A case for Reform?’. She went on to obtain a Diploma in Marriage Cases, Jurisprudence and Procedure.

Louise was called to the Bar in January, 1996 and was an associate with Tonna Camilleri Vassallo & Co. from January 1996 to January 2000; an Associate with Mamo TCV Advocates from January 2001 to September 2002 and in February 2006 she became a Senior Associate.

Louise forms part of the litigation practice of the firm. She has serviced the litigation requirements of numerous clients, both local and foreign, and assisted clients when recourse to the Courts of Justice or arbitration is required, mainly in the practice of general civil and commercial disputes, insurance, immovable property and debt collection.

She is a member of the Chamber of Advocates and the International Bar Association.
