Eamon has extensive experience in litigating commercial matters including, dealing with disputes before the Commercial Court, appeals to the Court of Appeal and ultimately to the Supreme Court.

Eamon has advised clients through complex and time-critical statutory and regulatory tribunals, and proceedings.  He has represented clients in actions taken by and against regulators and advises on all aspects of white collar crime.

Eamon has particular expertise in partnership disputes.
