Muireann is a Partner in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department.

Muireann advises on a wide variety of general and commercial litigation disputes including contract disputes, construction disputes and property litigation, disputes in relation to complex financial structures, professional negligence claims and intellectual property disputes.

Muireann has worked on a number of complex high-value disputes before the Commercial Court and has particular expertise in the area of discovery, having managed several large-scale e-discovery projects. She regularly presents and publishes on the issue of legal professional privilege. Muireann has also advised in several mediations.
