Nicola August

Nicola August (formerly Rostron) is a partner in the private client, trusts and estates team, with many years’ experience in dealing with all aspects of private client work. She joined Furley Page in January 2005 having previously worked for two large regional law firms. Nicola heads the Elderly and Vulnerable Client team and advises on care fee funding issues, Court of Protection matters, NHS Continuing Healthcare, Powers of Attorney and wills and estate administration. Nicola is a Court of Protection panel deputy and the only one in East Kent. Nicola gives regular seminars locally on these topics and has presented for Lexis Nexis webinars. Nicola is a dementia champion and gives regular information sessions to the public.
