Senior Associate in Employment representing a diverse client base including national and international companies, local and national charities and care homes. Amanda also represents employees from a variety of sectors including teaching, medical and the state sector.  Amanda’s litigation experience extends to cases of unfair and constructive dismissal, discrimination and disputes on employment status. Amanda is an experienced lecturer in employment law and presents training seminars at HR Forums, business forums and in-house. She has published articles on topical issues of employment law and on her particular interest in the field of discrimination.
