Managing partner. Fredrik mainly works in the area of public procurement, EU-and competition law, mergers and acquisition.

Fredrik Winroth has extensive experience of mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and public procurement. He frequently represents clients within the public sector and the transportation sector. His experience includes e.g. large amount of domestic and cross-border M&A projects, extensive experience from drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, providing quality assurance services for public tenders as well as board engagements. From his time as general counsel of Cabonline Group, one of Europe’s leading technology and service provider for the taxi and transport industry, and his assignments as external counsel Fredrik has in-depth knowledge and understanding of the need for practical and solution-oriented legal services.
