She heads the firm's competition law and TMT departments and she has been involved in some of the most significant transactions in these fields in Greece in the past years. She also routinely advises clients on complex M&A and debt and equity transactions including debt restructuring. She joined Karatzas & Partners in 2000 and became a Partner in 2004.

She speaks Greek and English.

Member of the Athens Bar Association.
