Managing Partner

She specialises in corporate and banking law. Acted as counsel to major Greek or international clients in the areas of capital markets, banking and M&A. Worked on almost all the pivotal banking and corporate transactions in Greece. She was awarded the pan-European award in the category of financial regulation in the International Financial Law Review Europe Women in Business Law awards in 2015. Associate with Shearman & Sterling in New York (1988-1992), she has been with Karatzas & Partners since 1992 and she became Managing Partner in 1996.

She speaks fluently Greek, English and French and has a working knowledge of Italian and Spanish.

Member of  Athens and New York Bar Associations.
